Residents here are like an extended family. We have teachers, doctors, engineers, artists and authors. There’s a classical musician, an FBI man, a detective, business owners, a bacteriologist who worked in the state laboratory, a Sears manager, a forester, three pastors, a banker, a rancher, an insurance agent and a postmaster. There is a wealth of knowledge in our extended family. Many have traveled the world over. Many residents—men and women—served in the Armed Forces in World War II. I am so very proud of all of my extended family in Atria Summit Ridge, my home away from home.
